 Longkou Nanshan Plastic-Steel Building Material Head Works is a large scale enterprise specialized in producing PVC plastic profiles for doors and windows. It was established by Nanshan Group Corporation in 2000. Introducing 18 international top class production lines, adopting advanced production technology and scientific formula, the Works can produce various high quality profiles of over 10000T annually. The products include 58, 60 and 80 series of side hung doors and windows, 58, 60, 75, 80, 85, 88 and 95 series of sliding doors and windows, being complete in varieties. With over 200 sets of introduced moulds and 5 sets of co-extrusion production equipment, it can produce various high quality profiles, color coating profiles, co-extrusion profiles and full dyeing profiles, taking the lead of Chinese plastic profile.

 Features of Nanshan PVC plastic profile different from other products
 Advanced equipment: import the whole set of extrusion equipment, automatic materials mixing system, whole set of top class extrusion mould of the country, automatic computer control device and automatic control of technological parameters. It is ensured that the produced profile is even in quality, high in fineness and the functional dimensions and cavity structure fully meet requirements.
Excellent formula: The PVC resin, stabilizer of environmental protection and high shock resistance ACR produced by Qingdao Hygain Chemical are utilized in the unique formula of Nanshan. It enables the physical and mechanical properties of Nanshan profile higher than national standard, with the features of environmental protection, sanitation, non-toxicity, shock resistance in cold weather and high intensity, etc.
Cooperate with internationally famous professional suppliers, strictly select various raw materials and control product quality from the origin. Adopt rutile type titanium dioxide produced by Kerr-McGee and the ultraviolet absorbent imported from CYTEC of America to ensure that the product is superior in high temperature and aging resistance and the color will not change or fade.
Section design of the profile: All is of multiple cavity structure with independent water discharge cavity, enhanced steel cavity, heat preservation cavity to keep water out of the inside lining steel cavity and increase the service life of the doors and windows. With a design of automatic slide rail, it is high in density and convenient in assembly, etc.
Appearance quality: With a color system of white, light blue, entire colorful body, color co-extrusion, it is soft and elegant in color, making people feel fresh and comfortable. It is precise in outer dimension and ensures the assembly quality of doors and windows.
To meet different requirements of users, there are many kinds of profiles for customers to select. Take sliding 80 series for example; there are doors without or with glass and integral window on the top. The percentage of cut-turn is respectively 143m 2 /T, 132m 2 /T and 120m 2 /T. Using Nanshan profile can both ensure the quality of doors and windows and increase the economic benefits of the assembly plant.
Hardware: Nanshan profile can fit different famous hardware fittings domestically and internationally. Designed with hardware installation groove of European style, it is convenient to install all the hardware produced by uniform standard.
Generality and flexibility
1.The beads can be exchanged among different series and types of doors and windows. Single and pair glass of different thickness can be installed.
2.No matter the sliding frame is of double rails or three rails, the sash can be installed with a pulley to slide on the flat rail or automatically slide on the circular rail. You can also tear the plastic strip on the flat rail and install with aluminum or copper slide rail to slide the frame.
Safety: All the glass beads of plastic windows are towards the inside of the room. It is convenient to replace glass and guard against theft.
With automatic wood grain film production line introduced from Spain, it can produce various top quality wood grain profiles.
With double color co-extrusion production line introduced form Germany, it can produce various top quality multicolor and double color co-extrusion profiles.
 Strict Inspection and Test System
To ensure the excellent performance of products utilized under various conditions, the Works established a chemical building materials design and research lab in October 2000. It invested RMB 2 million yuan to purchase the most advanced inspection, analysis and technology research equipment at home and abroad and established a test lab with complete equipment and apparatus. In 2004, it further invested and established an analysis, test and research experimental base and employed professional analysts to be engaged in the analysis, test and inspection of raw materials and finished products. From acceptance of raw materials to ex-work of products, inspection of all items can be taken by national standard.
The ISO9001 quality system is carried out in the Works and a three-level quality inspection system is made as required: self-inspection of packers, regular inspection by shift quality inspectors and spot inspection by chief quality inspectors. The appearance, color and mating dimensions of products will be inspected for three times and the internal performance of products will be inspected and tested by the tester of each shift.
