Nanshan Scenic Spot Religious Culture Park consists of Nanshan Taoist Temple, Nanshan Buddhist Temple, Nanshan Buddha, Perfume Nunnery and Lingyuan Taoist Temple. All scenic spots are the relics of Jin, Tang, Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties. Millennium temples are granted with new looks. The towers and galleries of the ancient building complex are built backing on mountains with simplicity and elegance, being grand and magnificent. The Nanshan Buddha inside the scenic spot is a rare tin bronze Sitting Sakyamuni statue which is 38.66m in height and 380t in weight and can be regarded as the largest bronze sitting Buddha in the world.
Under the lotus pedestal of the Buddha are the Merit Hall, Multi-Buddha Hall and Buddhist History Museum. Inside the Multi-Buddha Hall, 9999 vivid gold and bronze figures of Buddha, with the sitting Buddha, forms a magnificent picture of 10,000 figures, while the Buddhist Historical Museum displays the historical records of the origin and prosperity of the Buddhist culture, dozens of cultural relics such as the Buddhist Relics of Sakyamuni and museum pieces of Buddhist culture.
