Longkou Nanshan Plastic-Steel Building Material Head Works is a large scale enterprise engaged in the production of plastic tubes and pipes. Established in 2000, it is one of the key manufacturing enterprises of plastic tubes and pipes in the country. The registered capital of the enterprise is RMB 188 million yuan and it is an enterprise of AAA-level. It has over 860 quality personnel, 7 engineers, over 30 professional personnel and occupies a land area of 35,000 m2. Its main products include series of products such as PP-R all plastic tubes and pipes, PP-R plastic aluminum stable static pipe, PE-RT under floor heating pipe, PE water feeding and gas pipes.The enterprise has established complete raw materials and finished products inspection lab equipped with advanced experiment equipment. It has passed and strictly followed the standard of ISO9001 quality management system. By importing first class manufacturing equipment and technology of tubes and pipe fittings and high quality raw materials, the company has developed a new road on the path of technological innovation, technical advancement, and market development. By absorbing advanced technology at home and abroad, it has set up a self-owned “Nanshan Brand” new type green pipe. The product has passed the thermal stability test on 110℃, ring stress of 1.9Mpa (megapascal), lasting for 8760 hours and the 5000-period cold and hot water exchange cycle test taken by the National Center for Test of Chemical Building Materials and the internal quality is ensured.
