Introduction
Nanshan Golf Skill School is a golf training school established by Nanshan Group under the approval of the government. This school integrates golf skill training with primary school, middle school and university education, and adopts a full-time and specialized training pattern. It is established by the collaboration with New Zealand Sino-New Zealand Golf College, Korea Youth Golf Association and other world-renowned golf training institutions. Located inside Bohai Forest Sea Park in Longkou Donghai Development District of Yantai Nanshan Golf Skill School is adjacent to a national AAAAA level tourist resort----Nanshan Touring Zone and Nanshan International Golf Club who boasts first-rate golf courses. It is under the Donghai Foreign Language School and Nanshan International Golf Club
 School-running Goals
1. To make research into the pattern and methods of training golf players characteristic of the China, so as to improve the quality of professional golf training in China.
2. On condition that students can do well in their academic courses of each semester, we would train students to play golf so that their skills can equal that of professional players or coaches.
3. Through the channels provided by our foreign partners in establishing this school, we would send players to developed countries such as the USA and Korea where they can further their education and participate in international youth matches.

Collaborative Partners
Korea Youth Golf Association is a non-profit association recognized by Korea Youth Association. Dedicated to youth golf training, this association currently has over 1000 youthful Korea players and it has fostered plenty of excellent coaches and professional players. Every year this association provides students with opportunities to go to Korea and participate in the youth matches free of charge.With fostering golf players as the goal, New Zealand Sino-New Zealand Golf College is a renowned first-rate golf college in New Zealand. This college boasts excellent coaches, foreign experts, advanced and reasonable teaching methods, as well as systematic golf training patterns, so it’s no wonder that we have fostered legions of renowned golf players.
Coaches
Lee young jo, graduated from Leadbetter Golf College of the USA, is a Korea superstar golf player, professional coach, KPGA player, and PGA coach. He once ranked the fourth of Korea’s professional golf players. One of his students Bae sang moon, was listed as the second in the prize ranking of Korea professional players. Champion of the Sino-Korea Match Play, Bae sang moonhas won two gold medals of Asia, and is the player who can give the farthest shot. Many excellent professional and amateur golf players of Korea are also students of Lee young jo. Currently he is head of the coach team of Golf Skill School.
Oh sang hee, graduated from Indiana University of the USA, passed the examination presided by PGA Q-SCHOOL and got his qualification certificate of PGTTA in 1999. He was the head coach of Santiago Golf Club and taught VIP members. In the year of 2001, he went back to Korea and has been dedicated to youth golf training since then. He has made remarkable achievements and is popular among students. The golf channel of MBC Korea once invited him to make an image teaching. Now he is the head coach of China Nanshan Association---a branch of Korea Youth Golf Association who is a collaborative partner of Nanshan Golf Skill School.
Cui Qiang, of Korea nationality, is a professional golf player of China. His best score was 69 pars. In 2006, he scored the first in China’s professional golf coach examination. He was once a principal coach of Golf College under Hebei Physical Education College, and a principal coach of many golf courses in Beijing and Tianjin, thus he has abundant theoretical knowledge and experience.
Admission
We welcome students from both home and abroad to study in the three stages of our school: primary school, junior middle school, and senior middle school (including technical school). If you are 7~17 years old and have some basic knowledge about golf or are determined to engage in the golf industry, welcome to join us!
Training Mode of Our School
1. Golf Training：
1.1 Superb Coaches
Our coaches include many foreign professional coaches as well as many professional golf players and professional coaches of China. In addition, coaches from the National Team of China come to our school and give insightful advice periodically
1.2 Reasonable training schedule
 Every day we offer one-hour physical training lessons taught by professional physical training teachers
We offer three lessons of golf theory and rites every week.
We offer 2 to 4 hours’ golf training per day.
Students receive training in the golf courses no less than 3 times a week.
We organize squad trainings during winter and summer vacations.
1.3 First-rate Training equipments
The 15 golf courses (279 holes) with distinct styles and over 300 land and water shooting positions (6 driving ranges all together) owned by Nanshan International Golf Course are open to students. We have exclusive indoor training chambers, gymnasium, natatorium and American V1 analysis system. We have abundant golf training facilities.
1.4 Other training patterns
Every month we hold a match called "Monthly Cup"
Every year we organize students to participate in over 10 national matches or activities
Every year we send some excellent students to take part in matches or activities held in Korea, Australia, the USA or New Zealand.
Once a year or twice a year New Zealand Sino-New Zealand College would select some of our students to go abroad and receive training and further education.
2.Academic Studies
2.1 Reasonable Curriculum
The primary school offers Chinese, Math and English courses; the junior middle school offers Chinese, math, English, physics and chemistry courses; the technical school offers courses including golf theory, golf rites, golf management (including many posts in the golf industry), Chinese, English and Korea
2.2 Scientific Schedule
The primary school guarantees eight classes of academic study per day; the junior middle school guarantees six classes of academic study per day; and the technical school guarantees four classes of academic and management study per day.
2.3 Exclusive tutoring and one-for-one tutorin
Due to playing golf or participating in matches, students differ in their academic achievements, so our school offers three classes per day for tutoring, and teachers of every subject would tutor students one for one according to their academic achievements.
2.4 Safeguarding Measures
The academic performance of our students is one criteria of evaluating teachers’ performance, and it is yoked to the salary and bonus of teachers.
The school guarantees that students can get corresponding diplomas when they graduate from the junior middle school and the technical school.
The school offers students direct admission into Yantai Nanshan University.
3.Amenities
Laundry is done here free of charge.
The school offers commuting service between the golf courses and the school.
All the studying, entertaining and P.E facilities here are open to students free of charge.
