 Yantai Great Nanshan Tourist Development Co., Ltd. is a sole subsidiary under Nanshan Group, which is one of Top 500 Chinese private enterprises. This company was established in 2006, registered in Zhifu District, Yantai with a registered capital of 68 million yuan and main business of the development of large tourist and real estate projects. At present, the company has department of the Office, Design Department, Pre-work Department, Budget Department, Project Department, Materials Department, Audit Department, Finance Department, etc. and has more than 140 employees in active service, including 8 employees with senior titles, 15 employees with medium-rank tiles and 70% employees with an educational background over junior college.
At present, the company is constructing the project of Yantai Great Nanshan Ecological Park with a total estimated investment of RMB 4 billion yuan.
Introduction to Great Nanshan Ecological Park Project：
It is located in the south of the old city area of Yantai and is composed of Zhenshan Hill, Tashan Hill and Daiwang Hill. Aimed at creating a scenic spot relied on ecological tourism, holding individualized and international concept and through the construction of each thematic scenic spot and the combination with recreation and body building activities, Nanshan staff will build an active and multi-functional scenic spot which can meet the requirements of tourists of all ages and integrates sports, body building, recreation, entertainment with holiday spending. It is an important component of green belt between cities and takes up a total land area of 60km2. The scenic spots under plan include Fulinkuang Thematic Recreation and Holiday Area, Kuixing Building Integrative Service Area, Mountain and Sea City Tourist Area, Yuanlingkuang Plant Area, Wolongkuang Commercial Recreation and Holiday Area, Taohuagu Recreation and Sports Area and Jinkuangshan Ecological Fruit Garden, which will be developed in two stages. The first stage covers the mountainous area in the east of Tongshi Road, the west of Guanhai Road, the south of Huanshan Road and the north of East Gangcheng Street with an area of about 35 km2. The second stage covers the mountain land in the east of South Huagong Road, the west of South Qingnian Road, the south of Zhichu Road and the north of West Gangcheng Street with an area of about 25 km2.
The planned scenic areas of the first stage include: Fulinkuang Thematic Recreation and Holiday Area, Kuixing Building Integrative Service Area, Mountain and Sea City Tourist Area, Yuanlingkuang Plant Area and Wolongkuang Commercial Recreation and Holiday Area.
The planned scenic areas of the second stage include: Taohuagu Recreation and Sports Area and Jinkuangshan Ecological Fruit Garden.
Key planned projects for scenic spots of the first stage include sightseeing trainset, cable car in mountainous region, landscape waterfall, Kuixing Building, Children’s Garden, Yantai Pearl on the top of Daiwang Mountain, red wine town, the largest indoor arboretum in Asia, garden recreation and commerce center, conference training center, etc.
The built-up of this project will optimize the overall tourist environment of Yantai to the greatest extent, transfer the downtown area of Yantai from tourism transit venue to tourism destination, improve the city taste of Yantai greatly, further strengthen the image of ecological city of Yantai and realize the transition from resource advantages to industrial advantages.
